As usual, since I have my very own
personal travel website, I logged in into my website and used the search engine
function. The price I found for 4 flights was $ 3,637.72. Then I checked in MAS
website, the total price for the same booking costs only RM 10,744.16 (approx~
$ 3,431). If it was last time, I would feel happy to see the cheapest price in
MAS website and booked the tickets straight away (who doesn’t do that, right?).
BUT, now I felt excited when I saw my own personal travel website is offering
at a higher price! (you must be laughing there thinking that I am crazy LOL)
I booked the tickets instantly and
paid with my CC $ 3,637.72. Then I print screen the booking details and MAS
website price and started to fill up the Rovia Price Pledge claim form :) Submitted all the necessary info to them and within 5 business
days, they have approved and granted my refund; 150% from the price difference!
Yes, you see it right! I have got a refund of $ 310.08 into my rovia account :)

Let me show you the
calculation;
My travel website price: $
3,637.72
MAS website (cheapest I can find
at that time during Matta fair): RM 10,744.16 (approx~ $ 3,431)
Price difference: $ 206.72
from MAS website |
my booking |
My 150% difference refund: 150% *
$ 206.72 = $ 310.08
confirmation email from Price Pledge |
My actual ticket price will be $
3,637.72 - $ 310.08 = $ 3,327.64 for 4
people!
A total of $
103.36 savings! Yea, some will say not much
difference but hey, at least I made some savings! :D

I saw your article.
It was a very interesting article.
But I have a question thing.
If I had issued a ticket for someone else other than me, am I eligible for a refund of 150%?
What is possible only when my ticket?
Answers I'll wait.
Have a nice day today also
